TruthBursts is a non-profit that seeks to help to bridge the gap between knowledge of God and knowing God. We do this by providing Bible verses of truth with personal application from real, flawed people on the “front lines” in life. These verses encourage us in the daily battles of life and draw us into a closer relationship with God. And they reflect how Jesus Christ, his Son, is The Only Way to God, the One Truth about God, and The Source of the Vibrant Life We Can Live with God.
Philippians 1:9-11
And this is my prayer: that your love may abound more and more in knowledge and depth of insight, so that you may be able to discern what is best and may be pure and blameless for the day of Christ, filled with the fruit of righteousness that comes through Jesus Christ—to the glory and praise of God.
Purpose Statement
- We will provide Bible verses and personal application to users all over the world, delivered daily
to their devices, that leads them to a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
- We will provide this content in multiple styles from a variety of authors.
- Our content will be real and easy to understand. It will be written by transparent, honest
authors who believe that the Bible is God’s inspired Word and value it above all other words,
including their own.
- We will provide “New to Time with God” tutorials and helps to those who are just learning how
to pray and study on their own.
- We will mentor new devotional authors in how to start writing their own devotionals and
incorporating their own life stories.
- We will proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ and the truths in God’s Word in multiple formats to
reach as many people as possible with his saving grace and his redeeming love!
- As much as possible, we will always seek to direct people to their community in their local
church. This is where we become connected to the Body of Christ and grow the most in our
faith.
